Leoncini’s workshop division for fabrication is equipped with the most modern tools to cut, bend and roll pipes and plates. Welds are carried out through most advanced technologies by a staff composed of qualified welders and fabricators with an high degree of experience and skill. An overall quality control program is implemented during all the phases of the production cycle, from the incoming of raw materials through the various working phases up to the final testing, ensuring to each finished product a top grade of reliability. In addition, during the erection phase, Leoncini Co. is capable to work directly with own personnel at the customer’s location following a mandatory process that ensures for each execution the highest standards in terms of functionality and safety. The company is able to design – either on its own or following the customer’s specifications – the most different types of metal structures.
